You will be soooo proud of him and amazed at the transition....when Damien got to the hotel and in front of a computer.......he was gone!!!! LOL...I had to remind him the hotel was not his "man cave" (what we called his bedroom) because this was MY time!!!! Has he done BS yet?

- The weekend went by so fast that I am still trying to decompress from it all. But it was great to see him. When they came marching into drill hall, I got chills and started crying. And then was able to pick him out in his division, and again, the tears. The ceremony was patriotic, made me very proud to be an American. But selfishly, I was ready for it to end so I could run out there and give him a hug. And what did I do when I first saw him face to face? Yes, I cried !
