Navy Moms ROCK!

I just wanted to take the time to thank all the Navy moms for everything they did for CCR's son this past few days. On this day of thanks...

I thought we could all share the things this website had made us thankful for. Here are mine: 1. The chance I had to honor Richard Harper (son of Andrea Chapman)...

Well I have had some time to settle in at home after the funeral, and Andrea had asked that I share with all of you how the funeral for Richard went. I sat down Sunday night to write this and just could not bring myself to do it. I sat again Monday, and Tuesday and still could not do it. Okay so here is the story on my toe...HAHA

Everyone has been asking so I thought I would tell you all what is going on with my toe... I was going to see my BFFE Under the Radar mom... when I arrived at the airport I was waiting for her to come pick me up, and a bus load of nuns flew right past me... I could tell the bus was out of control so I jumped on a motorcycle that was parked on the side of the rode and flew up to the bus. A sad sad day for one of our Navy moms

It is with a sad heart that I am writing this post. I recieved a phone call this morning at 2:00 am from one of my dear friends Andrea, Richards mom. She has been a member here at Navy for Moms for a long time. She ask that I let her Navy for Moms family know the following. Her son Richard was a PIR 4/18 sailor and a member of Division 155 Ship 13. Richard was killed in a motorcycle accident Sat morning in Newport News, Va. Richard had just been married six weeks ago and was stationed in Norfolk… Continue
