He had his friend who is like his brother get money out of his account and hand it to me while he was on the phone and said " Merry Christmas Mommy ", yes he still calls me mommy and I am proud of it! He said " mommy take this to help with Christmas, you have done so much for me, I owe you so much I love you mom. My son Jake left on October 27th, 2008. He took the job for boatswains mate. He originally passed the Asvab and took a job as Aviation Ordinanceman but changed it because he wanted to leave sooner and would have had to wait for another two months. I cried the first two weeks, nearly to sleep every night on the nights that I was fortunate enough to even get sleep.
