We just got back from Graduation and it was so beautiful. Seeing my son for the first time in two months was emotional. It was snowing and freezing everyday, but who noticed we were having too much fun just seeing how much he is grown up and matured. He is now going to Pensacola Florida for "A" school. The weather there at least is nice:) The Graduation was on time and it was the perfect opportunity to take lots of pictures and video as well as cry. I am glad that we got to experience this with my son.
Are son graduates from boot in great lakes des 19th,he was going to A school in Meridian Ms.Well he still sits in great Lakes,Whats the deal now we can not even write him what the hell happen,by the way he does the use the computer on myspace.
I don't know what happens from here. My son told me that he leaves to Pensacola today (1/11). We have not heard from him yet to know if he has left Great Lakes or not. Did you try to email the admin dept for this web site? They always answered my questions. Let me know what they say or what you can find out. Thank you!
We were told that he cannot have his cell phone yet until he gets to Pensacola. So, I am just waiting to hear from him with an address as to where he is now. Thank you for the concern. And yes it is a beautiful ceremony to be a part of they do make you proud:)

My son took his phone with him to Pensacola. He graduated 12/24 and came home for 1.5 weeks. Back to Pensacola on 1/4/09. I have been in touch with him almost every day. Unfortunately the frustration is that (the AM;s at least) are "on hold". They have not been allowed to begin their school yet. Frustration for them. They need some more motivation! We are hoping that he will get started soon since he has been there 2 months already. C'mon Navy!
