OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Admin Note Tip of the Day: “Mama Let Me Upgrade You”

I feel like the R&B/Pop artist Beyonce in one of her recent songs where she sings… “Mama let me upgrade you” Hehe : )
Alright, here at N4M’s, we’re a growing community so there will be changes and bumps along the way. One of those changes happened last night. Our server is is making some changes to fix some bugs and kinks. You will see some changes in your formats. I mean- ALL the bells and whistles are still there--- they are just re-arranged. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you are having any problems, issues or concerns.
So here is my "Tip of the Day" that I wanted to say with the new format: To contact a member who writes on your wall, please click on their photo or their actual name in the time stamp. They ARE NOT alerted if you write on your wall!

Okay- It's a holiday weekend and I may not be on as much as I am usually am- so I can spend time with the family. If you happen to be on though, please help me greet new members! Enjoy the weekend :)

repost: Morning Teresa: If you scroll all the way up- there should be a blue bar (the one that the search button is in... the search is on the right- and on the left is a little person (add friends) and a mini envelope is on the left. If you click on them- you will have your options there. :) Please let me know if that helps. Sincerely, Catherine
