LOL . . . you're asking the woman who's been on a diet for the past 6 months for a DESSERT recipe . . . I'll have to dig, but I know there's one with coconut and chocolate chips . . . :)!

SUPER EASY FUDGE: 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk, 3 cups chocolate chips (I prefer Milk Chocolate Chips to semi-sweet, but you can use either)...melt together, remove from heat, add 1 tsp vanilla! Put in a wax paper lined 8X8 dish, refrigerate...VOILA!!! The best fudge you'll ever eat and oh so tasty!!! Add nuts if ya want!

Dear C from T...Today I spent my Thanksgiving with the best of Company. My Loving Husband (Even though he gave SOMEONE-ELSE all the Turkey skin), My Children (All of Them), my Grand-children (Though Grandpa instigated the Screaming!) and best of all...My Sister! We have been threw alot in the past years; Good Children, Troubled Children, Miles away and across the Ocean. But no matter what it was or where we were, you are always there for me and I hope that I too can be there for you. I couldnt ask for a better sister and though I may have wanted Mom to take you back to where you came from 40yrs ago...I wouldnt trade you for a million bucks now!! I love you...Your Sister
