Thank you for your well wishes. I hope your family is doing well. Our children grow up so fast when they join the military. It was a good experience for mine. How was it for your daughter? My son is also a Corpsman. He is currently at Twenty-Nine Palms. He'll be coming home for Christmas and I can't wait. Haven't seen him in almost 1 year.
Wishing you and yours a very Blessed and memorable Holiday Season. Take care and hope to hear from you soon.
Hi Jackie. My name is Vivian and my son joined the Navy straight out of High School 2007. He too is a Corpsman. He's my oldest, Vincent, then Carla and my youngest Dante. He graduated from Great Lakes and was sent to Camp Lejuene and he's currently at Twenty Nine Palms. He has his good and bad times. I guess like we all do but they've made the biggest sacrifice of giving up the luxuries we take for granted. Some days I find myself crying because I miss him so much. He's my baby grown up overnight. I love him dearly and wish them all the best. I know our kids will be our future and will make us proud! I'm here if you need to chat.
I was lucky enough to find it shortly after my son left and it has made a HUGE difference for me:)!
I'm hoping to plan a potluck for mid to end of January, here in the Tucson area. There's plans in the works for a potluck in Phoenix on Nov 8th, but I don't know yet if I have to work that day.
We sure are on one 'wild' ride, hee-hee:)! Hope you have a GREAT day:)!
