Sorry, wrong "Half Moon Bay" - but feel free to drop in on us anytime you are in the San Francisco Bay Area. I live half way between SF and San Jose.
Regards.

I searched "Half Moon Bay" just for fun and found you. There is a Northern California Navy Moms Group. Please join. A number of moms in San Mateo and Santa Clara County. Hope to meet you soon. I play golf over the hill regularly. Lunch sometime?

Dear Helen,
Thank you for the information. I saw the videos yesterday. I was hoping to see one with the Sailors working. All that was offered was silliness they do when they have off.
Take care and God bless.

Dear Helen,
Thank you for the information. I am going to look it up. I laugh, how many times, now I do watch Miltary movies. Many other moms have said the same thing!! HAHA!!

When Kim came home, my husband downloaded the picture of the USS Normandy and I put it on her Welcome home sign. HAHA!!
Let me get going. Thank you again.
Take care and God bless.

Dear Helen,
Those Good byes do get harder. Kim left ysterday. We got lost going to the airport, she almost missed her flight. She was fine, it was the luggage that was time consuming witht he security check. The next flight out to Virginia ws 7 hours later.
Fortunately, the supervisor came over and told my daughter, he'll over look the luggage, since she's Military...talk about Clout!! HAAH!!

On the You Tube, what do you look up, how do you get the You Tube? I'd like to see if there's a video for the USS Normandy, where Kim is on. We did look it up, but only found pictures and information of the history of the ship.
WHile Kim was here, I cooked the Thanksgiving dinner on Friday. I'll serve th left over on Thanksgiving, it's only the four of us now.!! HAHA!!

Let me get going.
Take care and God bless.

Dear Helen,
How are you? This Navy for moms is such a blessing.
I give you a lot a credit and restpect, two jobs and school. God bless you!!!
I worked full time and had classes, that was hard enough. I hard trouble staying awake in class. On my notes, you could see where I nodded off to sleep, my handwritting drifted down on the page!! HAHA!! That was about 10 years ago!!
I wish you all the best in you achieving your associates degree!!

Where is Adam located and what his rate?

I'm still new. My daughter Kim finished A School two months ago. She finally got her ordres, she'll be on the USS Normandy stationed in Virginia.
So right now, she home for two weeks. I can't stop hugging her.

I know this next Good bye is going to be the hardest one. I know I won't see her for a good two years.
I hope to hear from you again.
Take care and God bless.
