Wendy, I kept thinking about your daughter, Brooklin, this morning during the inauguration. Did you see her in the news? You must be so proud of her!!

Oh, I meant that I wanted to have a beautiful photo taken of my and my kids one similiar to yours!! It is really very nice. Besides, my children and I do not have a professional photo of us together at all. May I ask you which studio took the photo of you guys? Thanks for writing back, Sherry
Hi Wendy-
That is very cool about what your daughter will be doing! So will she still be going to an A school? Where is she now? My son will PIR on 1/9,,, I still have a while. You asked about how I made my slide show,, it's really easy,, on the right side bar, under your name, inbox, alerts, settings,, it says "quick add" click on that and then photos and it should let you add pics,, if you add more than one pic it will automatically become a slide show. Let me know if you need more help! What part of COLO do you live?
Wendy-How Cool!! Woo Hoo! That is really neat what Brooklin will be doing. Tim Talbott in our Colorado group will probably be the best resource I can think of. Let me know what you find out.
So, my daughter just graduated Navy Boot Camp this past Friday...YIPPEE!!
She was selected for Ceremonial Guard, she is so excited to be involved in such a historic time in our lives.
I'm so happy and proud and I miss her so much!! She is growing up so fast in such a little bit of time but her personality is still strong and funny. I wonder if anyone knows how to be eligible for Presidential Inauguration tickets? If you know how to apply please let me know, she heard she may be involved with that...how AWESOME!!!
Welcome Aboard!! We are glad that you found our site. We have something for everyone here as Karen mention to you. There is a wonderful Colorado Moms group. We would love it if you wanted to be a part of it.
My daughter is still in boot camp and will graduate on November 14th. She called me today and she has been recommended for the Ceremony Guard. I guess she will find out before graduation if she is excepted or not. I'm so excited to see her graduate boot camp. That's a Huge accomplishment!
She has signed up as an ABH (Avaition Boatswains Mate Handler). So she will be parking and securing airplanes on an aircraft carrier as well as doing Crash and Rescue.
We are so glad that you are here! This is a great place to meet others that know exactly how you feel!
