Ha ha! I know what u mean cause I def did not mind freezing my butt off to be with him in GL twice! Its def worth it once u r there with them! My hubby will be in Coronado near San Diego! He told me today that he wa sitting on a bench and all he saw was the ocean on one side and the huge bridge that goes to San Diego on the other side! LOL! I was so jealous, yes I would love to be there now!

Awww thanx! Well my hubby is in Cali right now in training and I will be moving with him in April. So u and I both would love for April to come quick, huh? LOL! Yeyyy for u, he will graduate so soon already!

Hey Melina!
My boyfriend is currently stationed in MS working at the S.S.Center. He is an AGAA (aerographer mate airpan apprentince) he studys the weather to make it short and sweet. graduated aug. 22. and he loves it....except the distance. But I have to keep telling myself, that hes the one! I want to grow old with him..so i am willing to do whatever it takes to be with him. I am currently in school here in MA...so its kinda stinky. Our schedules never work out with days off, so it is a pain in the butt. but we still manage. I love Scype! Its likes the best creation EVER! I get to see his face and hear his voice everytime we talk.
Just gotta stay positive....i know everyone is entitled to a bad day, and i've had my fare share. if you ever need anything...venting or just to chat..your always welcome :)

Hi, Melina! Thank you for the compliment! Seth, my husband, is also in Great Lakes attending school. He is studying to be a Gas Turbine Technician. How long will Shane be in school? I'm hoping that Seth will be done some time in April. How long have y'all been together? Seth and I have been together for 4 1/2 years. I'm very excited about our military life together. Are you going to move when Shane gets stationed?

Welcome aboard! I recommend that you try going to the Groups tab above and find out if one of the California mom's groups are near your area. I also suggest that you check to see if there is a Corpsman mom's group. There is also a group for wives, fiances, and girlfriends. You will surely find people with common interests to share and learn from.
