Hey girl, was just catching up on RMD news in anticipation of homecoming. Only have read March's posts so far in the Group, hope to be up to date by later tonight, but had to stop and drop in on you. I hope you got my PMs recently, but I am responding to your comment on my page. PLEASE don't think I have been, or am mad with you in any way!!! Having a baby is so incredibly life changing and you have had your share of complications and frustrations with the healing process it seems. :( On the first week in March, I was so close to where you were, just wanted to drop in an meet your boys IF you were up to it, IF it wasn't intrusive and IF the timing worked for both of us. Lots of "ifs" that didn't pan out. No big deal, totally understood. The weekend went by very fast for me!
It's looking more likely that I may make it to Everett after all. Should know for sure in the next couple of days. Instead of a weekend, I would have almost all week to hang out, so I am counting on seeing you and those great guys of yours sometime. =) Just know I think of and pray for you. Hope you know you can call me anytime with questions, or when you are having a rough day, or just want to brag on Brayden! I had one C-section myself and was the breastfeeding queen. :) Can't believe you have had this little man in your life for over 6 weeks. Had to laugh at your "they change so fast, where does the time go" comments though. As you were marking one month with him, I was celebrating 21 YEARS with my first born and having the same thoughts! LOL You rest up, kiss that sweet baby for me and I hope we get to chat, or even hug, soon. :-)
Rae you make sure I get to meet Brayden! I hope it won't be rainy and ugly on Tuesday. I can't believe how close and how excited I am about homecoming.
hey rae!!! hows ur little one... He is so cute. Makes me wanna have another one... I read that ur incision is not healing well.... mine took a while too... A week after I had my c-section i had an incisional hematoma and they just ripped it open again. They left it open, for for the blood to drain. I had to do a wet and dry patch, where u stuff it with gauze, use tape to close it up and clean it twice a day. They sew it back after a week. Well thats my c-section story.... thats why it scares me to have a third one... My advice, just watch tv, dont do too much.... hehehehe.... and just take it slow..... take care....
