Hey Re;
I didn't even realize that I had a friends request. I apologize for waiting so long to respond. I hope we can keep in touch. I pray that things are well with your sailor.
Hi Re. Haven't talked in a long time. How's everyone doing? Daughter is progressing nicely in the medical part of Navy. Very proud of her. Hope everything is going well for your family. Take care.
Yes, that was awful when the computer crashed. I lost all my pictures and everything. Thank God one of the guys at work could fix it for me. It is good to be back on here again. sm6069
A's mom,
I am so anxious to see my son for the first time, what was your experience on the weekend of graduation? Did he get liberty for the whole weekend? If so what were the times you aloud to spend with him? I spoke with him for the 1st time last Sunday he told me that his class had 20 drop outs in the 3 weeks! By the way he is in Seal Boot Camp.
I also see that you have Ohio State on your page are you in Ohio and were at you at I am from Sagamore Hills, Cleveland Ohio

Wed., 10/7: Holy schmoley - thanks SO much for passing on the info about the mail delivery during the current sea trial. Good grief, I was just finishing putting together a box to mail to our son, which I thought would be taken out to the ship since it will be out for "a while." I have already spent a bunch for Halloween stuff, etc. Oh man, thanks for passing this on, but talk about disappointing! Unbelievable. So, he won't be getting anything until the end of next month. I can't believe this.
Caleb is DC too!! He told me his aschool was in GL which is great if thats really the case because I live in ohio.. only 5.5 hours from the RTC. I will be on maternity leave and he should get weekend liberty right? It takes more postage to send heavier letters and cards doesnt it? i don't want to send it and it not get delivered. I started sending mail on Wed. Should he have recieved any of it by now? I'm really hoping our baby is born early so i can give him that as his grad present. What a great graduation present that would be huh? i pray every night that God works the timing out perfectly. I also pray I get a call or a letter soon.. it's been 12 days now I'm ready for my first letter!!!
THanks! that actually made me cry.. ive written at least once every day so far if not more. I sent him a paper where I put on lipstick and kissed it for every day we are going to be apart!! I wish i could write more but i always run out of what to say.. i should send him lyrics too!! :) He lovesssss little wayne! Can we send phone cards and birthday cards and greeting cards and such?? His birthday is in October as well as mine.
I plan on going if the baby inside me doesnt stop me!! I am due the 10th and he is graduating the 6th.. both of Nov.. so we shall see.. the only way I will miss it is if I'm in labor at the hospital!!! I hope it gets better. im sure once i hear from in by letter or call... i will know that things will get better. I just need to be reassured he still loves and cares for me.. this is hard!! ugh. ha
How do I sign myself into this group? I am already signed up for Navy for Moms, but your post indicates this is a little bit different. i admit, I'm probably blind. Where on the page do I look to add myself to this particular group? Thx.
I just wanted you to know that I am very supportive of Brandon. This speech is about who I admire. He has made me a much better person. Before he left for bootcamp, I cry if he didn't see me every other day. I know that's stupid now, but him being in the Navy has really helped me grow up. Sorry to hear about your son's ex, hopefully he finds a new girl who will be a better match for him!
Thank you so much for the information, his name is on the back of the iPod. He did report it and they told him to let lost and found know about it as if he lost it. Well, I won't get upset again I will continue to foucus on his future.
How is your son doing?
Thanks again
hi, i,m T.H's Mom. You are the first person I have spoken to. I'm not familiar with computers. It's nice to meet you. I live in central ohio. We are big buckeye fans. My son is in boot camp.
Hi and thanks for the welcome! I will definately check out the Ohio group. I am just trying to learn my way around this site(lol). I love the site, so many people and lots of info. Talk with you soon and thanks again,
Hi. I am behind Brandon 100%. I sent him a card every week of boot camp. I also sent him over a hundred letters. He knows that I am here for him. I do admire him. He's on deployment now, I mail a care package monthly and cards weekly. I e-mailed him what I wrote and he told me that he was really touched by it, and almost teared up. That's a good idea to send a little something to share! But, trust me he knows I here, and how proud I am!
