Karla, Thank Timothy again. You must be so proud to have raised such a caring young man. It means a lot to me that he reached out to Chris. I don't think Chris will respond but it was so kind.
I am touched that Timothy went out of his way to contact Chris. Timothy is obviously a gentle soul to even care. Thank you both. I don't understand my son's behavior. I emailed him yesterday on his aol account and since I also have aol I was able to see that he did read my message but he never responded. I am truly puzzled and wish I knew what happened when he was in Bangkok, thailand at the end of dec till second week in Jan this year. He wrote all the time before that trip ....something changed. right before the trip I had sent him his college transcript and he was excited about being able to finish his degree. Is your son above him in rank and will Chris get in trouble ?? Chris works in the nuclear reactor dept.

I was reading your venting note and I know my son and his friend who is also is on the GW they have both said that things are really changing there, he is in a hanger bay and his friend works in the supply room and they both have emailed me and said that the Senior Chief has been kicking sailors out, and now my son has been counting down til his 4 years is up which is 1 year and 9 months left. I feel bad that they are wanting to get out if they are under pressure of what they do, my son didn't tell me but, his dad that he was caught eating skittles and got demoted...I haven';t talked to him since the 4th of July and Haven't seen in 1 year and 6 months. You have be extremely happy to have him come home, I think it would be hard to have them leave...I can't wait until they are back at base to be able to skype :)

that is so horrible that someone stole the rackpack....I just sent my son one on June 16th but don't know if it arrived yet. How long did yours take to get there? I am so sorry this happened.
Hi, It is very strange but i just started back myself. How was Tim's visit home? I just heard from Jason on the day they returned. It sounds like it went well. I still really want to get together. We just got back from vacation and looks like we might go back to the beach, so i will let you know when plans are made and then maybe we can set a date to meet.
Come on guys...we have all these people in our group & only a few are coming...we need to support one another...it will be great fun & very informative....I have a couple of Navy recruiters coming to answer everyone's questions...we'll have a lot of fun at the Tampa Bay get together on March 1....please respond...
I am sorry it took me so long to get back to you. Everytime i went on the sight my computer went down, so i gave up for a while. i spoke to Jason and he said that Timothy is now home. I hope you are enjoying his visit.
