Danny comes home to Houston for 2 weeks starting on July 2. I can't wait - he already put together a list of things he wants momma to cook for him!!!
hey cindy how is everything going?the insanity continues here,i stayed in jax till sunday,he stayed at the navy lodge with me,they had no place for him to live after the cruise.so i got home sunday afternoon,monday nite i broke my foot,cannot walk around at all no weight bearing.he came home on tuesday and its been crazy here.he is so out of sorts and has a real short fuse.he is going back to base tommorow.how has terry been?
Hi Cindy - God YES - it was so great to hear that "Hi Momma" that I have been missing so much for so long. He sounded so good!!! I am leaving VERY early on the 16th to head to Norfolk to see him and I can't wait. I just wish that I was going to get a chance to meet and HUG you! You are so very dear to me and know that I could not/WOULD not ever forget you! I( know VERY soon you will be able to hug Terry too, and you and I WILL be able to feel our hugs for our sons across the miles. And I will be sending my love and hugs to you and Terry from Norfolk! Hi Cynthia just thinking about you and hope all is well. I read some of the comments on the Tr site and want to let you know I feel for you, it brought tears to my eyes. I cannot imagine your pain as I have not been through it myself, but my heart goes out to you. You have been through alot. I am glad you are back in Fl near your daughter. Sorry to hear you will not be in Norfolk. The countdown begins, I called the careline today and it is an awseome update, you need to call and listen to the captain. I have not been on here in a while been busy as most of us are these days, but I do think about all wonderful women I met here on this site. God bless you Cindy and take care. Hi Cindy, I hope you are doing well. I wanted to apologize for not getting together with you before you moved. I am very sorry. The wedding prep took up way too much of my time. Matt looked so handsome in his uniform at the wedding. My new daughter-in-law is beautiful. I didnt really enjoy the wedding reception. I guess Yankees dont like us southerners or something. I spent the whole reception at our table(just our family) in a corner and not one of the new brides family had anything to do with us. They all went about the room dancing and talking to all their family members (there were a LOT of their family) and friends. We waited an hour for dinner and almost an hour between each course. No one listened to my son's dad when he toasted the bride and groom.
Anyway, I wanted to let you know that I am thinking about you.
Hi Cynthia just wanted to send you a big HELLO and hope all is well. Hope everything is working out for you. How is your son? Brandon called me friday, I haven't heard his voice in over a month, it was hard not to cry on the phone, but I held it in and bawled after we hung up, I guess you could say it was tears of joy! He said they were in port, same place as the last time and it was 95 degrees. I wish it was warm here. He can't wait to get home and eat good food. Well take care and hope to hear from you soon.
