Hello. Hope you are well? How is Marcos? Zac graduated CM school on the 21st of July, surprised me for my birthday on the 22nd. I thought he wasn't coming home until Aug 8th. He and his dad have been planning the surprise for a while. He left yesterday for Gulfport, MS. That is where he will be stationed. Alittle closer than CA. I haven't been on here much, busy time at work. Lots of babies born from May until December in these parts. Hope you have had a great summer.
Hello!! Zac will be there until mid August. It is great you can go see Marcos. If you happen to see Zac give him a momma hug from me. Of course we are in NC, but we are hoping to fly out there soon or his sister is planning a trip out there. What kind of Seabee is Marcos? Zac is in Construction Mechanics. He likes it alot. And he likes CA, better than the Northern cold. It was great to hear from you. So proud of our sailors!!!
I did! I did! We had a blast!! I am going back in May! Looks like he got the Navy misinformed you know what and will stay in GL for a couple of months more. Tis ok with me though! Hopefully Marcos will get to where he needs to be soon. Sitting around is very frustrating for them! I am so happy your doing well!! :)
Pranee. I guess what I meant to say was is this is last school? Bob has to do Sub school as he will be on subs. Marcos may just have a two week leave after he finishes and then go on to his first duty station. Will he be working on a carrier?
Hey Pranee...great pictures! Ryan is doing well. Right now he is in SCC at Great Lakes. Then he should start ATT and then finally A school. He will be in Great Lakes for all of it. He isn't real fond of Great Lakes, it's too cold..LOL I haven't received my DVD yet :( Ryan is about to drive me crazy, all he talks about is getting married. I want him to wait but being young and in love I dont' think they will. He will be in school for at least a year. I sure wish we could have hooked up at graduation. I didn't get a chance to find anyone, did you?
Pranee, yes, we are very proud. He has always been a great student and knew that he had to do well on those modules to hopefully get a good billet after sub school. He was also very motivated to get out of Meridian. He arrived in Groton yesterday evening and we hope to hear from him today sometime. Good luck to Marcos. He will be fine. Where does he go next? Sorry if I asked this already.
Hey hey hey... glad Marcos is doing well! Are you close to SD? I hope so! That way I can visit you when Rusty gets there. He will be in GL until sometime in July so I have a bit to go. Things are going well for sure. Yes it is amazing what 8 weeks did to my son! So mature! So grown up.. mommy is proud but misses him so!
Happy Friday to you! I love the saying! I havent seen that one. If you find it pass it on! No bike for us this weekend. I have been very sick since we got back from GL in bed for almost 10 days. And its pretty cold here again this weekend. So we will wait until next weekend to go out. Looking forward to summer so we can ride more often!
Happy Friday to you as well. Yes, the same last name. Bob isn't sure he knows Marcos. I haven't given him his last name yet. Will wait for him to call, maybe this weekend. He started his classes so I know he is busy. Hope Marcos will start classes soon as well. Take Care!
Hi PC! No Rusty is on hold :( looks like until around July. He is frustrated, bored and just plain not happy. He wanted to get going right off. Feel so bad for him. Walk several times a day. I try to keep his spirits up but it is hard. How about Marcos? How is handling everything? Do you get to talk to him often? That part is a whole lot better than BC for sure!
I see you have found Karen! LOL, her son will be able to find yours easier as they r both yeoman and will see each other in the AM, or at least they will if they r trying to. LOL. let me know if you still need help. gosh, let me know when you hear from your son too, LOL. we are all worring Moms I guess. Can't be helped.
Pranee. I Just talked to Bob. He thinks that Marcos is a day behind him and is probably still in indoc. He said it is very hard to "find" anyone if you don't know where they are supposed to be. He is going to try. Send me the last name. Here is my e-mail address: klawson488@cfl.rr.com.
Pranee, I'll send an e-mail to you. Bob is Yeoman as well, so I am sure they will see each other. Bob wanted to do Sonar but because of his colorblindess, did not pass the test, he was put into Yeoman. He too will try and reclass after two years.
Pranee. Bob is doing well. He has had his phone for af ew days now and seems to be finding some reception areas there. Not many! We have Verizon. Not sure what Marcos will have. We talked to Bob yesterday. He is hoping to start classes tomorrow. What is your son there for? What A school? I will ask Bob if he sees Marcos at all. I know that he does have some from his BC graduate class there with him. Take care!
