i leave here tomorrow around 6:30 or 7 to go to the airport flight leaves at 9:15. i have a lay over in texas and i should be in chicago around 2:45ish. i heard the boys may be able to hangout over the weekend and not go to school till sunday or monday. that would be awesome :)

I'm renting a whip to roll in from the airport. I may or may not take the shuttle depending on what the people say at the navy lodge... Meaning if they say it'll be extremely crowded... they I'll drive.. I want to be able to come n go as I please... My hubby is going to school to be a CTN =protecting intelligence info.
Hey everybody. My husband is in div. 34. I am so ready for the 19th. He has to report to his A-school in s. carolina after graduation. does anyone know if he will definitley get leave? His a school does not start until jan. 4th. Any info would be great!

Is he only taking Liberty for the weekend or actual Leave til the 4th of Jan., 2008? Josh is goin in "the hole" with his Leave, because he won't have earned all the days he is taking, because the schools are all shut down anyway til Jan 4th. That means he will not be able to take Leave again for at least 8 months as they accrue 2.5 days of Leave time per month. They will only have accrued 5 days Leave at the end of 8 weeks, that is if they even accrue Leave time in Bootcamp.... From the 20th to the 4th is 14 days......9 days in the hole. He has to be in four more months just to make up the deficit in Leave time and get back to zero. So.....he may want to think about not taking all that time now....my son is intent on coming home til the 4th, so it is what it is, I guess. I hope I haven't confused you further....

I am hoping Josh can fly home on our flight, but not hoping too much, ya know what I mean? I don't want to set myself up for any big disapointments! If we think it's gonna take several hours and that they have to fly home on their own, then it will be a fantastic surprise if they an actually join us on our flights home, won't it??? Keep the hope alive!!

crazy i kno
i didnt send any packages
i didnt want them to send any back
my sailor is in the fleet in cali
he is done with a school
he did a school in mississippi
i am movin to cali n a bout 3 weeks
my sailor didnt join the navy for reasons to help him with wat he really wants to do
but he wishes he could do mass communications instead of wat he is doin now
which is aviation maintenance administrationmen
i didnt get but like an hr n a half
he didnt get liberty
so i really only flew up there to see him for a short time and he was off to mississippi
well i kno if his a school is in great lakes they usually do check in rite away and like an hour or so they get liberty im not sure
but they seem to always get liberty
