You are such a sweetheart and your son is such a talent. Before my present career I was an actress singer/songwriter and worked in advertising doing jingle and voice overs. He has TALENT!! Edie to bad you are a little far to drop by. I would not mind helping you eat some of the brisket. That is a big staple here in TX. At least you can freeze it after you cook it and take it out a little at a time. Have a Great Easter.
Hi Edie, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PRAYERS FOR MY SON RUBEN. He is doing okay, he still gets alot of headaches, memory loss, his left side is weak. Your son Matt is on the George Washington, so is my son Ruben, i wonder if they know each other, we can't use last names on this website. Ruben has the same injury that actress Natasha Richardson died of, Ruben was sever, why he lived and she didn't, only God has the answer for that. I tell Ruben it was not his time yet, that God has a purpose for him, what he Ruben does with it is his choice. Ruben was truly God Miracle. God Bless you and your family.

My son Ruben is doing okay, he has a speech problem, and weakness on the left side, and memory loss, because of the head injury, but with God help and time and all the prayers he well be great. Edie, I had that video ( the one that my son is in) up on my page I was so excited about it but it is not up there anymore. I had sent links to family & loved ones so that they could view it also. I really loved it ,to see him & all the other Sailors so hard @ work. I'm so grateful to you & your son for that glimpse into his life aboard the G.W. Would mind sending me the video? Hi Mom, I feel so very happy for you. I have been sitting up waiting on your response since 4am this morning.
