He he he...well I did tell you it was last stop before Payson. :-) That sounds perfect. We'll meet there at 10:30, and then head that way. yeah, I'm just picking something up from costco or sam's too. I completely procrastinated, and now we have plans for tonight. Have a great night my dear! See you tomorrow.
Holy Goodness Gracious. Corey is going to be in town. How cool is that!!! Ok, we'll work on that in a bit. Yes, it will be here before we know it, and the H's are doing a casserole. Oh Geez......I know cookies and pasta salad, and that would be about the extent of it. Hmmm, gotta come up with something good. 10:30 is good....let's plan on somewhere on the ...omg I don't know...I'll figure it out on google tomorrow and we'll go from there. Yeah. I can't wait. Haven't heard from Jen in a long time, must call her.
I got my schedule for the 14th and I work until 1:00 . . . (which is when the potluck is supposed to start) . . . I figure that I ought to be able to drive over there by about 2 or 2:15 . . . thanks for the offer, but you probably don't want to be that late:)!
I'm glad you'll get to see Cory, even if his timing isn't the best:)!
I miss you and am looking forward to next weekend:)! GIANT HUGS to you BFFF:)!
Hey Julie,
I see your on-line now. Just wanted to drop you a quick note and say hello. Thanks for all the positive comments about me and the new job. Things are going very well for me there. I've already been promoted into a new position. I do have the lady who left to thank for that though. I have my 30 day review on Monday and will learn then as to what my pay increase will be.
I noticed the postings in the AZ group about interests in meeting in northern AZ. I would like to host another event, but figured it best that I wait until Spring. We never know when the snow's going to fly around here and that could keep people from wanting to come, I think. This weather's crazy though... Wed. last week we had snow falling, but never stuck to the ground. And, this week our temps have been unseasonably warm.
How's Cory doing? Do you think he'll make it home for Christmas? Billy's hoping to make it for a couple of days around the holiday. He's on his ship now and will have to plan his leave around his duty schedule.
Hope all is well with you!!
No trick its just in We ship Love room ---- you may see 2 there though ---we are working in Afgahnaistan and Illinois has taken the Iraq 60 because we didnt want to leave anyone out --so they offered once I explained. So just look for Dianes in We ship love room
WOW _--- I just read your comment last night. Poor Kiddo -- Im glad he is in the hospital at least (Im with you someone had good sence there)
Keep me updated would you :) Tell him we are thinking of him also
Poor guy . . . to get sick on top of 'losing HIS job' . . .
I don't know yet whether I'm working on the 14th . . . even if I do, I 'should' get done early enough to drive across town for the potluck - if not, maybe you guys could stop at the house for dinner on your way back 'north'? I'll let you know when I get my schedule:)!
GIANT HUGS to you:)!
Good Morning BFFF:)! I'm sorry that Cory's back in 'limbo' . . . at least he now has an actual 'rate':)!
He should really call Bryan sometime . . . they can talk 'guns' - LOL:)! Speaking of which, mine called last night, seems he 'won' an auction bid for a gun he wanted . . . yikes, not my first choice of things to buy, but you know kids and their 'toys'!
Hope you have a GREAT Friday:)! GIANT HUGS:)!
Hey there! I would absolutely love to hang out with you guys on the 8th if it's ok. That sounds awesome! Yes, I'm sorry you missed it too. It was a stunning show. I took Abbey with, and she said...Wow, after that show...I'd consider joining the Navy. It was pretty incredible. ...We got the absolute royal treatment from our very first adopted Marine in 2003. It was crazy, I'll have to tell you the stories...thank goodness for pictures...because Abbey and I are pretty sure not too many people will believe us. Nothing is planned so far, but I'm up for a plan...let me look at the calendar...and if you want to head to Tucson, I'm completely game. I hear those girls know how to have some fun! Hope you have an awesome weekend. I'll talk to you this weekend about the 8th. Thanks again. It will be a blast...and he so deserved it. That's an awesome accomplishment!
Nothing 'new' from Norfolk . . . it's wait and see . . .
I sent him a phone pic of the Makin Island commissioning and he answered "nice and shiny" LOL:)!
Work is getting busy, the Halloween displays come down this weekend and all the Christmas displays are going up . . . there's also several bookfairs scheduled from mid-Nov to mid-Dec and I'll be pretty involved in those:)!
My schedule for this coming week totals 37 hours . . . so the paycheck will be good and 'healthy' (especially since I got my 25 cent raise - LOL!)
GIANT HUGS to you BFFF:)!
Julie, praying for you that your boy makes it home for the holidays! What an awesome Christmas present that would be! I hope you have a wonderful weekend with your mom. Don't work too hard! (LOL) Let's plan something when you get back. Luv ya, Jaz
Hi Julie! Back from Rocky Point and it was amazing. The weather was beautiful, the beach was perfect, and a good time was had by all. Hey, I got the nicest voicemail from Chief Seymour, for the cookies. What a great guy, and the guys in that office seem really nice too. The young man I talked to on the phone was great, and welcomed me right in the door when I showed up. Hope this finds all well, and maybe we can plan something in the next couple weeks. Take care, my dear!
Hey Julie, sorry for my delay in getting a message back to you. As I mentioned earlier, I'm only able to go on-line a couple of times a week right now, so please be patient with me. Glad you all had a good time at MiMi's. I wish I could have been there. I'm also glad you got to talk to Cory. I guess since he's leaving around the 4th that means you won't get the chance to see him before he goes. I'm sure it's very hard knowing you won't be able to spend the holidays together.
My job is going well, though it is very stressful right now. The training has been kind of intense. I am getting promoted early though because of an employee who gave her two weeks notice yesterday to move back to Phx. I was initially going to be trained to be her backup, but now I am being trained to replace her. I have lots to learn and not much time to do it in and thats why I'm alittle stressed out right now. I'm trying to think positive and realize it will all work out.
Billy's ship is preparing to return from deployment, so he is excited about reporting and getting busy doing the work he's spent the last 14 months training to do.
Take care my friend. I'll be in touch again soon!

Have fun with Staci and everyone else.
