I am doing the admin duties and helping Heloisa while she is studying for her exams. Attached is a jpeg image of our 2010 Master Calendar for Meet and Greets. I have also included the file in pdf format. If you have events which you would like me to publish on the Northern California Navy Moms page, please let me know or send me the file (or link) and I could include the file on the "text" box area of the page or under "Summary of Events." I saw a post (in the North Calif group page) from you earlier this year regarding coordinating our events. I thought it was a great idea. I was fairly new at that time and was reluctant to jump in. I definitely think many in CA travels up and down the state and it would be great to have the calendar handy. Kimberly, Hope all is well with your family & home. I havent kept up with the news on the fire in your area since I first heard about it the other day. Been in my thoughts & prayers. I first posted this in CA Navy Mom's group.
BTW, the caverns pics up above...where is that taken? Only caverns I've visited was the one in Kingman, AZ. I would like to see the one in Carlsbad, NM. I think Carlsbad is correct.
How is the planning going for your upcoming events?
I am a traveling nurse from Ky. currently on a 13 week assignment near Oakland/Sf area at Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek/Antioch Ca. area. I have never been able to attend any "get togethers for Navy Moms in Ky. as I am traveling. Is there any Navy Mom get togethers planned in this area of California soon? Would love to know and maybe I could be an adopted California Mom. My son's last duty station was NAS Lemoore. He was selected as a NROTC scholarship recipient and now he is moving to Tampa to attend USF. But Im would love to get together with some Navy moms as I am far away from my family and my sailor/midshipman.
i would like to know how to host a mini meet and greet for the navy moms here in northern california. there was one that got canceled for yesterday. so im unsure how to do this let me know if u can help me or know of anyone that will co host this with me very new to this

Just arrived back from a road trip to Zion Natl' Park, Utah. So beautiful there!
But it was too hot! I think the weather is hot all over no matter where you are and yes, it is summertime!

Hello, Kimberly Rad Bryan's Mom: How are You? I am glad you sent me a Welcome Note, Thank You. oh Yes! Corazon de Cristo is currently working at tha SS Abrahan Lincoln stationed in Seattle,Washington . He just got promoted to ET-5 and he is planning to stay in tha Navy problably one more year after he finishes his 6 years. His brother Victor is in Iraq he will be there until next year he going to have his Wedding Ceremony sometime in July and he is planning to resign from tha Marines and live the Civilian Life with his Newly Wedded Wife and work on the job he loves Photography along with his wife who is really, really super smart her name is Cindy She already has a Degree in Psychology and she owns her own Photography bussiness in North Carolina.Later on I will try to send you pictures of them I hope I can learn how to do that.
