Hi Angie, wondering if you know of any Navy4Moms group for moms of Legalman - I would like to know more about it as my son is looking into this rate. Thought you would know, if anybody. Thanks

Hello,
I just want to express my appreciation for your comment on my profile page, I am so grateful to N4M that I can’t go to sleep without checking it out every night. I love to read the emotions and feelings expressed by other moms, this helps me realize that I m not alone and no matter the time I can always find someone to listen and share my feelings, I which I new about this site earlier when my son first when to boot camp, even thought I had my family support it is much different to share my feelings with other women that know exactly how I feel.

Thanks again for your support.

God Bless you.

Angie - said it before and will say it again you ROCK!!! It is hard to have everyone's back and you seem to have it down. I know it is hard for you at times - but must say I am impressed with your wisdom and encouragement.

Hello Angie, actually Cindy is a very good friend and also represents Steel Anchor for the great state of Alabama. That picture she has up was from a recent event here in Cincinnati to raise money along with Operation Troop Aid.

On a very difficult and much more important note; Florence McSween is not doing well and very much in need of prayer right now. Our Cindy (Spitfire) from Steel Anchor plans to check in on her at the hospital, but we wanted to get the word out to all of you as quickly as possible. This woman has been through so much and has given so much so not to allow others to go it alone. I firmly believe we need to get everyone toghether and quickly. She doesn't even have someong to help her take out her trash. This is not the way a Gold Star Mother and one of our should have to live. If ok with you, I will send you my home phone number.

Thanks,
Ordy

Thank you Angie for all the support you have given me through the months I have been waiting to leave. I have 3 people to write to while in Great Lakes. If you could just tell me once more what I should bring with me that would be good. Thanks for all the information.

Hi Angie,
Haven't heard if any Navy mom's are coming over here yet. My daughter in Wenatchee just had her first baby, little girl 'really cute'. She had some complications w/inverted uterus caused excessive blood loss. She is staying longer in the hospital and having a blood transfusion to get her count back up. Can't stand up...very weak. So been busy waiting for results and her go ahead home. Shea is still working on the Abraham Lincoln Aircraft Carrier, not sure when it will be deployed.
Only have seen him 2x. Is your son in Spokane yet? Lucky to have them closer. Let me know if their will be a group coming. We have beautiful winters! Always a festival on a weekend. Let me know...I can try to round up good deals...give me a little time to do that. Linda

Angie...you are absolutely right! I drilled him about sending cookies to BC & said that he would get in trouble and I wasn't going to get him in trouble! He said send them, he was VERY adament about doing it! So...I told him this was on his head and sent them on. I keep thinking he is a big boy now and deal with the consequences. Thank you for the warning though...as a mom who misses her son dearly we sometimes let our emotions overload our common sense!

Hi Angie, I would love to see you but we're racing into town on Sunday (hopefully by lunchtime) and then stealing a kid and coming home! We very rarely stay overnight. Thanks for the offer!! Hugs!

Sorry I didn't realize we weren't talking privately. I guess we don't know how to PM. I think I deleted them maybe you can run down how to PM. I would never do anything to jeopordize our recruits.
