Thank you! I’ve seen this before but wasn’t sure what age range it really was for. Have you read it yourself? Is it a good book for toddlers?
NukeWife, My son leaves this Tuesday the 28 from NJ. Our family is feeling sad already. I hope your child will be okay. I will be thinking of you this week.
My son just shipped from Tulsa
Would love to stay in touch with you guys!
I got my call 2 hours ago. The sweetest voice for 5 seconds. I hope u get your call soon
I got my phone call around 11 PM (10pm) in Chicago. It was literally just as long as yours! I didn’t even get a chance to talk! We miss him so much and now it really begins though. No talking at all till letters is going to be so hard!
It was crazy how short it was. I ran the phone to my husband who was sleeping before night work and scared him when I busted through the door! I am going to write some letters now so they are ready to be sent. Not talking to him is what gets me also. ☹️
My son left today from Las Vegas and we just received his "I have arrived " phone call. Now his processing begins.
My son left today from Arizona. I too would like to stay in touch with you all.

My son shipped on November 28 from Knoxville, TN.  The "I'm here" call came in around 11 EST that night and his box arrived this past Friday 12/1.  He just graduated high school in May and enlisted back in February while he was still in high school.  Hoping to get a letter from him this week.  I just read something this last week that led me to believe they will remove his wisdom teeth there.  I wonder if that will delay his PIR?  I feel so bad that I didn't get that taken care of before so that he didn't have to go through this at boot camp on top of everything else.  Best of luck to you all with loved ones gone!  I am not looking forward to Christmas this year.... :(

My son left on 11/29 new here to group hello everyone
Thank you his dad called me with his address and division number grad date etc I’m not sure of his job my son told me before he left aircraft handling specialist and that he was going to Florida after BC but I didn’t see that on the page of jobs....
