Has anyone used Sandboxx to book their travel?? Our son is at BC in Great Lakes and we are trying to make our travel arrangements for February 2018. Sandboxx claims that if our graduation date is changed, there is no rebooking fee. If it is canceled, then we will receive 100% of the base cost of the ticket. Advice is greatly appreciated!!!

I'd like to know how the Sandboxx app worked out for you. My son just left for boot camp on 1/31 and so I am just in the early stages.

  • For me was the best.. my son received all his letters even the Tuesday before graduation! I didn’t send any gift cards to him so I dont know how that works also  my son address did change 3 times but he got all the letters even with the old address. Good luck to you and him.

Thank you for that! I'm pretty overwhelmed by the whole experience.

It really can be, there is a service with the postal service the you can see what’s coming in the mail. I know mail goes out on Sunday only once a week for them and I will get it by Wednesday if Monday wasn’t a holiday other wise will get it by Thursday or Friday. I stay put it’s hard as a mom but u will see graduation comes sooner than you think.

Did it show up?

I was going to use it to book our flights and hotel, etc but found cheaper pricing for our trip. I do use it to send letters because they get them next day usually by FedEx and you can send pics and gift cards as well. My understanding is the PO is backed up right now because of weather so it's just easier for me to send through the Sandboxx app and get tracking to know it delivered to him. My son has PIR in about 2 weeks and I can't wait to see him!!
