Hi Rachel, there is no telling really, but if you can get a flight where no charges are applied for changing dates that might be best. I have heard of some Moms using the sandboxx for flights as well and they had to change dates and they really like it no cost to swith. also Souhwest.

You do not have to book refundable tickets. Some airlines, such as Southwest, will allow you to change flights without an additional charge. If you book using https://travel.sandboxx.us/, then there is no change fee if there is a change in your recruit's PIR date.  Some frequent flyer programs will also allow you to change your reservation one time without a rebooking fee; it is free to join most of them, so you may want to consider joining for this benefit even if you don't plan to fly much. You do need to make the change at least 24 hours before your scheduled flight or there will be a charge. Southwest also allows you to check 2 bags for free as long as they are under 50 pounds and within the size limit (62 inches--length + width + height). When booking flights, sometimes an airline that appears to have the best rates doesn't when you add in the baggage fees.

There are 3 airports close to the RTC, Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport--ORD (located 30 miles from the RTC), Chicago’s Midway International Airport--MDW (located 45 miles from the RTC) and Milwaukee County’s General Mitchell International Airport--MKE (located 50 miles from the RTC). Check the fares into and out of each of the airports. Some have indicated that they found less expensive fares to and from Milwaukee while others have found the best deals in and out of Midway.

One more reason to look into flying Southwest: Big Sale. One way adult fare from Houston to Milwaukee for as little as $104.

I wanted to add that this may give you an idea to see when his last training might be because they have three test and it will have when the last one will take place.

This is all great infornation.
