Donna,

Thanks for hosting that hugely successful party! You did a fabulous job!!! So great to finally meet you!

I'm hoping some of the CT moms can get together and meet up at a centrally located restaurant. what do you think? If everyone is too busy, then we will def. get together at my house for a packing party, soon!

To SeanMom, and Prayforthe sailors

Thank you for!  It was very successful because of you and all the Navy Moms and volunteers that where so willing to not only donate items but the time to pack up the boxes!  And that was a huge job!!!!

My only regret is that I wasn't able to really spend time with any of my new Navy Mom Friends! :(

Would you both email me at donnabreunig@yahoo and send me your phone numbers.  I may have them but I'd have to hunt them down!

Thank you again for everything!!!!!

I want to thank you all for coming!  The turn out was amazing and the donations, OMG, the donations, here's the count so far

163 Large Military Boxes   45 Medium Military Boxes (that I've been asked to re-package into the large Miltary Boxes)   3 Over sized larger boxes and the items that Pat has given me the OK to ship in addition are: 3 Fake Table Top lighted xmas trees, 1 wreath and stand of roping that have lights on them and 1 electric menorah

I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making this packing party a success and bringing such happiness to our sailors on Christmas Morning.

Sounds like lots of exciting things happening here.  A mom from RI and I are going to try to make it.  Not 100% certain yet since my son is supposed to come from NY to help me with cleaning and going through my husband's things.  It is such a big job and I can only handle doing it for so long so it will be nice to get some help.  But if he doesn't make it, I am hoping to get to meet you all!

You've got a great Mom of the Month spearheading everything.  Enjoy your party and have lots of fun.  It is going to be AMAZING!

And, please someone take lots of pics to share both here on the CT page and on the Molly's page too.  I love it when we can show the country what the little New England states are able to pull off.  We may be small but we are mighty!!  lol
