Unfortunately, I was a sobbing mess when the call came.

It's fine, she knows she has your love and support. "The box" will arrive in the next few days and then The Form Letter will come and then you can send letters. See Arrival and What Happens at the RTC.

Hugs to you Cuka...my son left a day after yours.  Our kids are going to do GREAT!  I just know it!  Hang in there and start writing letters even if you can't send them yet.  When you get the form letter, then we can mail all those letters we started writing.

Hugs to you as well. I started my letters :) I must admit that this, thus far is my most difficult "mom experience". I know our children will do great. Lets keep in touch, since I live in Illinois, I kind of expect my box fairly soon. My fear us that I will throw up on the poor Fed-Ex delivery person...lol.

Yes my daughter arrived last wed June 25, the box got here yesterday July l.  I was smelling her clothes to smell her. lol I already have a address for her got it the day after she left.  I've been writing her everyday.  ;) Yes this by far the hardest thing I hope I'll ever do.

Ladies, we are fortunate to have this place, I know my husband is struggling, but he doesn't quite get my feelings...and cannot "fix" it, so he is at a loss.

Nadine, I left info for you on your My Page.

Comment by lemonelephant on July 2, 2014 at 10:17pm

Nadine, it's nice that you are writing, but remember recruiters don't always have the right address and letters mailed before getting the form letter don't always arrive much faster, if at all, than letters mailed after receiving the form letter.

Comment by Nadine on July 3, 2014 at 12:36am
Yes I get that, dang it but I'll be hopeful
