It is so nice knowing our SRs are all there at the same time.

Hugs to you all!!

I'm anxious to hear when their PIR will be. I'm assuming it's on May 22 and have started making some arrangements (I'm such a planner) but it would be nice to know for sure.

Last night, as I was making dinner, I had to catch myself from making a ton of food. No one here to eat all the leftovers! LOL

I'm getting nervous about travel prices going up because of the holiday weekend so I just booked a flight and hotel on Priceline and paid the extra $30 for "trip protection" in case I need to move it.

Kind of a pain (and traveling is so expensive, no matter what!) but I'm a little less anxious now that I have my trip booked. Can't wait to see my SR!  :)

We got "the box" yesterday. I was so excited to see the note from Fed Ex on my front porch. I drove 30 minutes from my home to the Fed Ex office just to pick up the box. I couldn't wait another day to see his dirty clothes! (lol) So when I got to the counter, I gave her the note, and she brought out the box. As soon as I saw his name sprawled across it, I started bawling and said, "That's my son's box from boot camp!" She nervously handed it over and I ran out the door to the car. I ripped that package open faster than I ever opened Christmas presents when I was a kid. It was a great day.

Now I'm waiting for the letter too. I'd like to book our flights and hotel, but at this moment all I can do is guess at his PIR date. Just to get the form letter with his address and PIR date would make things settle in my mind so much more...waiting...

I got my SR's letter and his PIR is 5/22. Has anyone else gotten the same?

Hello Ladies, I also receive the SR letter and his PIR is 5/22 as well. However, I have not receive the box.  At least I can start planning our trip for that weekend.  :)
