DESCRIPTION:Navy Week is coming to Salt Lake City September 9th to the
  19th!\n\nTo give you a little background on Navy Weeks, they are set 
 up by the US Navy with the intent to reach out to cities all over the 
 nation and give residents a chance to learn about the Navy. To allow p
 eople a good look into the diverse roles available in the Navy, these 
 weeklong celebrations can include:\n- Performances by the Navy Leap Fr
 og Parachute Team and the Blue Angels\n- Dive demonstrations and dive 
 tanks\n- SEAL fitness challenges\n- Navy rock and ceremonial bands\n- 
 Flight and other interactive simulators\n- Appearances by Admirals, di
 vers and sailors\n- Community service projects\n- Events with local sp
 orting teams\n- Much more!\n\nN4M is not sponsoring this event, but if
  you're interested in coordinating something special with fellow N4M m
 embers, here are some Do's and Don'ts to keep in mind :)

 \nDO get involved with Navy Weeks.\n- You are encouraged to participat
 e in Navy Week activities when appropriate.\n- If you want to get invo
 lved with the Navy coordinators, your group should appoint a \"spokesp
 erson\" to coordinate with the Navy. (This will alleviate multiple cal
 ls on the same topic.). The Navy Week points of contact can be found o
 n www.navyweek.org. Go to the schedule and click on the city that you 
 are interest in. The point of contact for that city's Navy Week will b
 e listed.\n\nDO NOT independently contact the flag officers or VIP par
 ticipants involved in your town's Navy Week, but do work through the a
 ppointed Navy Week points of contact listed on www.navyweek.org\n\n\n\
