Hi everyone.  My name is Natalie.  My Sailor had PIR 10/10/14 but I have been asked to help coordinate the Basket Project for your Meet & Greet on 11/25/14 the day prior to your PIR

I know it is getting close and these last couple weeks are going to fly by and soon you will be in Great Lakes waiting for your SRs to graduate.

As many of you know Sarge and his wife host a Meet & Greet for families and friends of graduating Sailors.  I am arranging a  Basket Raffle for your Meet & Greet with proceeds going to offset the cost of the Meet and Greet.  I am asking for donations of baskets for the raffle.

A basket can consist of anything.  There is a suggested minimum of $20, if you want to go more that would be awesome.

Ideas for basket.  They are not limited to just these ideas.

Basket representing the State your SR is from (or any state you love :) (ie: could include state souvenir items, food, etc,) baskets of Wine, Tea, Coffee. Holidays (ie: Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, Summer, the beach, Military, Sport teams, Nascar, pets, reading, kids, Avon, Tastefully Simple, Bath & Beauty, crafts, items from a business you own etc.

In previous PIRs those travelling by plane have used totes, reuseable shopping bags or gift bags as "baskets"

If you would like to donate, or have any suggestions, comments or questions either comment here  or send me a message.  I have also posted on your Facebook PIR group about baskets.  I want as many of you involved as possible. I hope you all will have fun coming up and making some great baskets.

I have been contacted previously about donations, if you contacted me, I already have you on the list for Sarge.

Lets have some FUN and raise alot of money for your Meet and Greet.

Thank you
