Wishing everyone luck on their first day of class. So exciting! Have a good day, ladies!
I know.....excited they're starting! Hope they all feel confident after the first day!
Well, it seems like it was a very long first day for our guys! Travis said that the "teachers" were all pretty nice. I guess that they have to have an interview with the Chief so that he gets to know them....and he is sort of their go to guy throughout A school, not for homework questions, but everything else that comes up! Anyone else find out anything good?
Long day indeed-- and busy! Mike also had watch after class so we had a very short conversation. He was just glad classes started. He wasn't too thrilled about working out doors with the bugs and pollen.

It is their actual first week of classes.....homework, study hours, test and all! They had indoc last week.

And as for communication.....we have used skype with great success! Nice to be able to SEE each other :)

First test this morning........waiting to hear how it went!
And watch duty has begun as well (this week at least) :)

Michael passed his first test with flying colors. Went out with a few MM students to the mall after classes were over and watched Thor to celebrate. Sounds just like college. Ha!

Excellent!  My boyfriend said class average was 3.4, not sure if that was just for 1131-M, or everyone.....
The MM class average was a 3.5. The funniest thing he's told me so far is "I think I'm really gonna have to learn how to love these people. I see them ALL THE TIME."
hahah I heard something similar to that at the end of bootcamp..... :)
Visiting anytime soon?
