Hi everyone...here's hoping you are all doing well - we where able to get our tickets about 2 weeks ago through southwest - and round trip they were a little over $400 per person - we are coming from florida - also we are staying at the Springhill Suites and we were able to secure rooms for $80 per night

Hi everyone....went on the Recruit Training Command Facebook site and found a great photograph of our SR performing during graduation!!!!

I saw my SR's eyebrows in one of the pics!!!  Thanks for sharing.

Hi there everyone - well it is getting closer and closer....I hope that everyone's children are doing well in their training - and that all of your plans are made - this is a busy time of year for us!  Our wedding anniversary is this Saturday, then Christmas Eve....then PIR!!!!!  It is going by slow and fast....I know you will all enjoy seeing your new Sailors....good luck and blessings to you all!!!!  I think there is a graduation this week....so keep and eye out for more photos on facebook!!!!!!

Could someone lead me to this facebook site your talking about?

Hi e's Mom....I just type in Recruit Training Command Facebook - and it comes up

there are several pages that will come up, just choose the one that has the emblem for the Recruit Training Command and then look at pictures and Graduation Dec 2.

Has anyone heard anything from this group lately?  I got a 1 minute call the other day from my daughter, no letters in a couple of weeks.  I hate not hearing anything.  Just curious as to what others may be hearing from their SRs.

we did not get a call this Sunday.  I usually get my letter on Thursdays, though so, hopefully, i should get one today.  I know it's hard not to hear from them!

I received a call from my daughter yesterday. I was told that the division seems to be doing great!!

The only "real" phone call we ever got was 11/26 - we usually get a letter on a Wednesday or a Thursday - we received two letters yesterday that were written the 8th and the 11th - tomorrow is another graduation - so my hope is maybe another photo on RTC Facebook!!!!

Hi everyone!  I can't believe it...10 days to go.....blessings to all of you and Merry Christmas - it is amazing how much I am missing our son, and how excited I am to be seeing him soon!
