Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 904 and 905

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 904 and 905!

Get to know each other as your SRs are training together and becoming friend, but please remember to post questions and concerns on the main wall.

Your SRs will be going to A School with others in this TG, and you will be meeting everyone at the meet & greets, so stay connected with everyone in the TG.

Hello Moms of SRs in this Division.  I am desperate for information, as you all are, too.  If your SR called home, please post details of your conversation relating to other SRs.  We would be thankful to hear of the goings-on of our boys/girls.

I was told phone calls may come 3rd or 4th week in but never count on anything. I did recieve a call yesturday at only 2 weeks in but it was to get information for his security clearance, so if you have SR's that need clearance you may be lucky and recieve an extra call or 2 as well. He sounded good and it was so compforting to speak to him, I feel blessed. Im sure our kids are all getting to know each other very well and I cant wait to hear about his new friends. Hopefully alot of them will move on to A school in Pensacola with him :)

Just a lil info for Some of this group. My recruiter informed me that I will be getting my first call this coming up Sunday. :D Getting excited to hear his voice!

Only 44 more days ya'll. What are your SRs names.? I will mention them in a letter to Rane.

Justin :)

Mines name is Jacob. :)
Ship 02 Division 904 I received two letters from my SR today.... I must be the happiest mom on earth!!!!

Hi everyone - my son is in this division too.  No letter from him yet - except for the official letter.  Hoping to hear from him soon. We got our flights and hotel booked so we are good to go.  Coming from California.

We are from Michigan .... Only a few hours from Great Lakes. Hang in there I'm sure you have letters on the way!!

we are from Mobile, Alabama - we are driving to Louisiana first, picking up my parents and then Chicago here we come. We are staying at the Comfort Inn Waukegen and going to the M&G at Sundance Saloon on Thursday 20th. Look forward to meeting ya'll.

Hi ladies!  We got our first "real" letter today!  It was dated 11/4.  Son sounded great - so upbeat and positive!  He says "Our RDC's are great.  Very strict but can be very funny at the appropriate times."  Wants to make sure we keep him updated on the sports scores!

I got everything set up with Sarge since we are not renting a car for PIR.  He will shuttle us around and to and from the airport.  Can't wait - we are ONE DAY CLOSER!

Now if we could just get a phone call!
