OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Michele-Those were definitely the kindest words and brought tears to my eyes!! All of you ladies are so awesome and really are what helped me get through this whole experience! Chase means the world to me and I would want nothing more than to support him in all that he does! I am just so excited to find out what the surprise and see if its the moment I have been waiting for...for years!!
Shelbie, our SAILORS (we can call them that now!!!!) have had to lean on each other just as we have. We are all living a new way of life. Moms, wives, fiances and girlfriends it doesn't matter; the loneliness, the feeling of something missing and the unknown can be more than you can handle on your own. Boot camp is just the beginning. No matter where our Sailors go, we have each other. I can't wait to meet you!!!!!!
