Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 159 and 160

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Did anyone from Ship 09 Div 160 get a call today?  We did not get one.

TIA

I didn't receive a phone call today . Maybe tomorrow we will

I never thought about calls on Sunday. I will have to keep my phone in my hand at church just in case.

Recruits generally don't call on Sunday from 8am to 1pm because of church service there on base.

No calls here, or handwritten letter this week. Hopefully they will start this next week.

I wish we would get the letters it's taken really long for is to receive them. Hopefully next week I haven't gotten a chance to check my mail since I'm still at work but I doubt if your didn't receive one I won't either . And yes they can call on Sundays a lot of my friends have gotten phone calls on a Sunday so keep your phone on loud at all times (:

Our SR just called!  He sounded great!  9 min 7 sec  He wanted to get off the phone to buy something at the NEX.  HE CALLED!!!  WOOT!

My SR Just called 16 minute phone call (: thank you god!!!! Made my whole week ! He said that they weren't able to get mail out for ship 09 div 160 last week cus they didn't have it in by one so our letters will be sent out tomorrow and should get them by next Thursday

I am so happy for you. I know I am a Happy Momma!

Awesome to hear!

Just got a call...HAPPY MOMMA!!!!! Lots of people on the phones but 159 and 160 was calling tonight. My son is doing good. His biggest problem is missing home. Apparently everyone is coughing a lot. This is the longest he has been from home without much communication. Their letters did not get sent last week, so we should be getting them this week. Encourage your guys, ladies. They need it. If you are keeping track of their week schedule, currently they are in week 2 of training. Week 3 will start on Friday, and continue to change every Friday. Their week 8 will only be like one day. It was good hearing his voice. Have a Great Weekend.

Great!
