Yuck - push him out for g-n-g and then not even let him start. That has to be frustrating. I wish my son would hear something like that and let me know. i would definitely change my flight and cancel hotel if it was for certain.
Isn't that terrible? I am waiting for the Friday call to change the flight and hotel. More then likely that is what we will be doing too.
It is - I am guessing that I would have to pay more to change teh flight, but not paying for the hotel and rental car for an additional day would hopefully make up for it.

With southwest it will be $60 per person extra but not paying for the rent a car, hotel and food for an extra day it might be worth it. The other option is to fly out of O'hare and just get a credit for all of us on southwest. The other thing I might do is cancel my hotel room up north and get one in Chicago for Saturday night. So many decisions, still waiting for tomorrow to change any plans.

Oh decisions - decisions - decisions!! I am not used to making blind plans. I thought that I was ok with staying the weekend even if he left, but now that I will be there by myself, not so sure. Sigh - I have to believe that it will all come together nicely - some how.

Hi Ladies!

Anyone else heard anything lately?? I have gotten no phone calls for the last 3 weeks and the last letter was the one from my b day and was vague. I only slept 4 hours.I'm getting excited.

Sandra

no news.

Sticking with the old addage that no news is good news.

exactly

Sandra, They should be calling Friday for the "I am a sailor call"

Maybe you will received a letter also this week.

That's what I keep saying to myself. No news is good news. I just got a  letter today. On my last one I told him to tell me whats going on. I want to know. He shared that Fri 3/25 they did the gas chamber and it wasn't to bad. He has been very sick with fever for the last 3 weeks, but he is hanging on. Like a trooper. That's all he said . Short and sweet. He must be writing to someone else to get a one sided page letter when I write every other day 2 front and back pages. Hmmmmm......

I will have to take him some real meds for him. Mom to the rescue. My phone is attached to my bra. Everywhere I go. lol

I hope the boys get a really good nights rest tonight so they are prepared for BS tomorrow evening.  I wish them all good luck and hope they all work together to get the job done.  Lots of prayers being said tonight for all of our boys.

I am right there with you nursemom.
