Got another letter from my son!  He's doing well. He's passed his DEP and PFA tests! He said that makes him an E-2 when he graduates! He's angry about some of the guys in his DIV because they can't shut up and they don't listen. They've had all their phone calls taken away. Hopefully they can earn them back soon. Well, gotta get busy and write him back. Thanks!
I got a call from my son around 1:40 California time today!  14 minutes!! It was so good to hear his voice.  He said all was well and that if they got over a 4 on a test they could call home and his was above the 4.  Glad you got a letter from your son today!  Mine said I wouldn't get a letter this week. He wrote, but didn't have time to mail it and they only can on Sundays...So this Sunday he'll mail it!  That will make this week much easier as a run to the mail box everyday after work!!
That is awesome you got a call!  Did he say if all the guys in DIV 186 would get a call?
Only those that scored over a 4 on a test.  Didn't say what test.  He sounded good and that those that had been struggling are improving and making it a little easier on the whole 'team'.
do you mind posting on the main page that you got a call from your RC in Div 186 so other people will know and also add the info about the test score??  That way people like me in the same DIV will kinda know what to expect  just in case they arent in this dicsussion group...unless you already did? I might have missed it there!!  thanks!!!
Not at all, I'm just not savvy when it comes to this site! lol  Let me know how and where...is there a chat thing on here??  I saw a button one time!
I got a call today, too!  My son has been sick, but he said the division is coming along (slowly, but surely).  Hopefully, they'll be able to work together as a team and graduate on time!  It was great to hear his voice and he has been getting our letters.  He just hasn't written back.
That is awesome!! thanks for sharing!!
Did your son say what kind of test?  Physical or written?  I forgot to mention my son had been sick too.  He said most of them were at one time or another!
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!    Hope to finally get a phone call today! Haven't had one yet, and it's been over 4 weeks! Gotten more letters, tho! Can't wait to hear his voice! Have a good day, Moms!
Happy mothers day to all my fellow 186ers!!!!
I didn't get my Mother's Day phone call. :(    His division must be in more trouble than thought. I can't believe they wouldn't even let them call us on Mother's Day!  I'm not a happy camper right now.
