Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 025 and 026

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I have a friend from high school that works at Norfolk. He's been in the Navy since right after HS. He's an officer now.

I don't think our SR has any place he really wants to be . . . just somewhere with good weather! Michigan winters are brutal. Lake effect snow and storms are such fun :-P

Do they do a graduation from A school, also? I'm hoping so. Might be easier to get other family members there. And to convince him to wait for that to invite the GF.

Just found out my son is in this group. Hello kindred moms!!

Hi Mattsmom :)  Glad to "meet" you.  My son is in Div 025

Glad to meet you too!  Sorry it took me so long to write but I couldn't figure out how to get back to this page...ha

Hi Mattsmom,
My son is also ship 11 div 026. Looking forward to meeting you.

Nice to meet you too!

Hi Mattsmom! My son is in 026 also :-)

Welcome! Did you get a phone call Saturday?

Hi there!, No phone call for me but he did call his girlfriend for 3 mins. How about you? Did you get a call?

Yes, Saturday he called. It was also a three minute call. We weren't expecting it, but luckily everyone was home. It was a hard call, he was sick and homesick :-( hard to hear him so upset. But it had only been a week, so I am really hoping things are better now.

Here's hoping his division is doing well and earns another phone call soon!

Hi momm although I didn't talk to my son last Saturday his girlfriend said he sounded very down and homesick. Broke my heart but then after reading that week two is the hardest for them I chalked it up to that. Still hard on us mommas :-(
Yes let's hope they're doing better!!

Oh thorgirl, where are you!?!?!?

I hope everything is ok!!

For Div 025 - the picture is up on Recruit Training Center page on Facebook.  My Boy not there - caption says many are @ Dental.... I am so sad :(  Hope you all find your SR if your are 025.
