Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 343 and 344

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I received a letter today that said they will find out week 7 when they will leave for A School.

Hi, I'm new to the site. My son is in Division 344. We received a phone call from him on Thursday because he couldn't call Saturday due to having his wisdom teeth removed on Friday. He said it would be his last call until the week of graduation. I can't wait to see him at PIR!

Are you serious? That's funny. My son's 3rd call was late and on Wednesday because he was unable to call the weekend --wisdom tooth.

I'm right with you -- cannot wait to see the young man that my boy has grown into.

Oops, actually his was on Wednesday too! Me too, his letters have such a grown up serious tone to them. It's bittersweet.

I guess we all are missing our SRs even more these past few days.  First weekend in 3 weeks without phone calls.  I am sure we all had our phones nearby, just in case....  Now it's only the weekly mail to keep us connected, bless the postal service, they will be greatly appreciated in the weeks to come! Tomorrow we hit the 30 day count down, I am excited but I do miss my SR and look forward PIR and the huge bear hug afterward!!   Hope you all are having a great night, looking forward to seeing you all in 30 days!!

Yes...really missing my SR these past couple days. I'm ready for the 30 days to fly by. My SR isn't much of a writer but I do love his humorous two paragraph letters. I don't think I could make it without them. I'm also looking forward to meet my new Navymom family too!
Gooood Morrrnning!!!! We are down to 29 days families!!! Can you believe it? Woohoo.. I love seeing these days count down..50's, 40's, 30's and now the 20's. Have a great day everyone!

It's HUMP DAY!!!

We have gotten over the hump and they have been gone longer than most of us have ever been without them.....but the upside is, we have more days behind us than we do ahead of us!!!!  YAY!!!!

I couldn't pass this up. :-)

Hahaha so cute!

Love it!!!   And so fitting today!!

Yay, almost there.
