We received our form letter Thursday and was very excited to get it.  Saying a prayer and keeping my fingers crossed for the March 30th graduation.

Does anyone know the percentage of recruits that dropout of boot camp?  Is 4 in one division a lot or is that typical?

I didn't think they could, shows how much I know... :(

lol. according to Tora720's recruit letter 4 dropped out but some may have been for medical reasons.  They probably do not tell everyone the reasons why others are dropping out.  That's my guess.  I am more anxious now to receive a letter!

Hello Ladies did any of you receive a letter today I pray you did, I know what inner peace I have since I received mine.  Brandon did mention that this week was going to be super long for them because they have to combine weeks 2+3 together because their division was behind, so many might not be able to write this week.  He also stated that there are a few boys that keep getting the division in trouble and they have been doing alot of extra pt on 1 day it was almost the whole day because they wont stay quite.  He also mention that he was told by another recuiter that divisions 98 + 99 + 100 are going to be testing division for switching up the training.  He did say the food was good and let me tell you Brandon is picky well should I say WAS...lol                  Ladies I hope you dont mind that I share what Brandon wrote me in his letter, if you do please tell me, I wont get upset.  I guess I should of ask you guys first Im sorry if anyone is upset.  Hugs Tora

tora720...I do not mind one bit that you shared parts of his letter! I like hearing bits and pieces.  I was wondering what he meant by testing division for switching up the training. It sounds like they need to continue working on clicking as a team..  I'm glad the food is good on a lighter note :).Thanks for sharing!!!

Cathie, Im glad you dont mind, Im rereading that part of his letter again about the testing divisions and he does not state a reason why or anything just they are switching it up.  Brandon said that it was scary tho not knowing.  His letter was from the 5th of feb to the 12th, so hopefully one of us will find out soon.  I also found out I guess we can mail pictures with our letters which will make our boys feel good just to have our faces around :)  and for Brandon his girl Hannah she is a black & tan german sherpard (she is missing him so much).  Can you believe the division started out with 93 and they have 10 minutes for 46 of them to shave and the other 47 has 10 minutes and the whole division has only 20 minutes to shower ugh, Brandon said Sunday he did get to take a 15 minute shower he was in heaven he loves his long hot showers(he naps in them lol).  I so hope you receive your letter soon.  Hugs Tora

No letter yet... Hopefully today... I kept busy by writing to him.....
