There are 2 meet & greets with every PIR. One is @ the Ramada, the other is Sarge's meet and greet (alot of good info @ this one). It the night before PIR where friends/family of SRs can come together and meet each other and get questions answered and what have you. On the main page of this Group (PIR 01/27/2012) under the countdown clock & live weather thing there is link to both where you can RSVP & get more info.

Good Morning Ladies!  So how do you know they are in week 2 day 2?  What is concerning me is that my letter stated "they found out I have asthma" and "I might be home before you get this letter", that my SR was on light limited duty and that they would give my SR an asthma test.  I'm hoping and praying that was during the PDays and it's all behind my SR now.  That is what is making me so nervous.  And will it set back our graduation date?  Also, there is a deposit of pay in my SR's checking in the Navy Fed Credit Union as of the 13th.  I'm praying that is not a final pay?  Do any of you have access to your SR's accounts and did they get a deposit of pay yet?  Please....tell me, it's making me sick.  But I'm holding onto the fact that NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS....and if my SR was coming home we would have gotten a call, they wouldn't just show up on our door step, right?

Correct u would get a 1 min call and my SR hasnt recieved anything on his accout

Today would be week 2 day 4, know this because of my daughter's 1st letter received Dec. 7th she said that Dec. 2nd was week 1 day 1. Sorry to hear your SR has asthma, but guess its good they caught  it. I have asthma myself but was really bad when I was younger. Its possiable that it might set back your SRs graduation date/ the division will still have graduation on 01/27. Perhaps they're keeping him on light/limited duty to see just how serious it may be. Maybe, it will end up not being that big of deal...Fingers crossed for you & SR. I don't have access to my SRs account so can't help you there sorry. You're right No News Is Good News and yes if SRs get sick, injured, fails something that will set them back or whatever you would be notified. They wouldn't just show up @ home.

Still no letter for me

Woohoooo!!! Received a 25min. phone call & 3 letters yesterday:). Has made my week :). She's doing well, besides her feet from the boots. :(. She has been assigned to Ship Staff. She's in charge of approving who enters ship @ salutes all officers & such, she also has ship watch 2-4 hours, & makes announcements about uniform of the day, not to mention clean the ship deck. She sounds really happy about having the job. So, yeah I'm in much better spirits :). 41 more days Ladies!!!

Hoping for more letters this week! I got five last Thursday, no phone call since 12/2/11 but that would also be great! Especially on Christmas day.  My SR sounded very positive, not home sick, had passed P/T, swim and 1st Inspection, so not totally sure what is left other than BATTLESTATION. Hope everyone has a great Holiday, and that we all get a phone call to make that Holiday special :)

My SR called yesterday, and said that one of you that has a daughter in this division mentioned that we "met" each other on here LOL!  I did tell my daughter if there was moms that weren't on N4M's she should tell them to get on!

Just wondering who's daugther talked to mine :D

That would probably be my daughter...lol. I mentioned your daughter's name in a letter I wrote her & she said oh yeah I know her...we're friends. She said she's friends with everybody in 47/48...which doesn't suprise me she is a social butterfly...lol. Glad to hear they are making friends & getting along as a division. :)

@CoMom92, also got a call from my daughter yesterday and it was so funny, she started rambling about other moms that I talk to on this site, I believe that they have figured out who the moms are, but I tried to tell her we don't know last names, she was naming of other recruits who had parents on this site and thought that I would know who they were :) was great to get that call though......

That too would most likely be my daughter...lol. Her & your daughter are good friends she says :). Like I said doesn't surprise me she's an easy going kinda gal...LOL.

Ladies, attached is a pictures of the guys from divsion 47 and 48 (this is posted on recruit training command on facebook). Sorry ladies they didn't take a picture of the girls.
