<p>so i needed a 50, recieved a 50 on my ASVAB got a phone call 3 hrs later and went to MEPS 2 days later, i qualified, i am now a Future Sailor, i ship out as an EM (Electricians Mate) so IM IN!!!!!! i am super excited and soooo nervous at the same time. as for those of you whom knew abouth the troubles Buddy (my fiance) were having we did break up and are going to get our careers started and them if we are both still interested we might get back together we are not sure yet</p>

<p>If it were true the Hawaiian Islands would be overpopulated with US sailors. It may be something you can do in the Army but not in the Navy. You will get your permanent duty station for your enlistment based on the needs of the Navy, and you will not know that info until A school for your rate.</p>
