Our sailors will moving on to the 2nd phase of "Nuke" School. Indoc starts on Feb.9th and classes on the 13th. Since we will all be in the "same boat" together, I thought it will be nice to share our experiences.  Lets continue to support our sailors and each other!

Anyone elses kid class up today for PT in GC?

My  son  was  prefill for  1204.  He  told  me  there  are  rumors now  because  one  of  the  ships   needs  repair and  will  have  to  be  shipped  to  Virginia for  some  time,  they  are  going  to be shipped  to   BS  for  prototype.  Has  anyone  else been  told of  this  rumor? There  must  be  quite  a  backlag  with  more power  classes  graduating.

My son is in BS, New York for prototype and he said they were moving everyone up from Charleston to NY for prototype.  He also stated they will shut down in NY in the spring for a regular safety check.

holy cow.....really....jeez will have to find out more about this! hopefully son will contact me today after work/class, was suppose to be classing up for PT today in GC!

hi Tina, all good here, Colin is 2 weeks into Prototype and doing well so far. He says his hrs should be reduced tomorrow as he is ahead with his points. Has also been talked to by some instructers about the ELT program and Staff pick up, so we shall see.

This will be our 1st x-mas with no kid, him and his wifey are gonna have a quiet one now that hes back in school. Me and his dad are heading to florida for a week to visit family. Will take a week-end trip down to GC after the holidays before he goes on shift work.

Hope this finds you all doing well :)

Anyone  heard any  rumors when  those   who  were  prefill 1204 in  Charleston may  actually be  starting  prototype?
