haha Barbara i was Initially on here for my Ex GF but i am no longer showing her support the boy you see in the picture is actually me LOL

My son is on uss hopper. Is that a cool ship?

hello there , does anyone have a picture of the ship, so i could frame it, also is your son ship 3, div 430, also how do i sign up for meet and greet

Check your My Page.

The info for the Meet and Greet is in the Events tab, but here is the link, PIR 11/08/13 SARGE'S MEET AND GREET.

Ships at the RTC are barracks, not real ships. Although a picture of the ship would be interesting, it does not reflect your SR's experience at the RTC. See Ship/Division--How it Works. I didn't find a photo of the USS Hopper, but here is an article about when it was commissioned: http://www.navy.mil/submit/display.asp?story_id=41110. Check Gift Ideas for PIR for ideas that will help him to commemorate his time at the RTC.

thanks lemonelephant, that was very helpful, also is USS triton the same as USS Hopper?, I am getting confused

You are very welcome. No, the USS Triton is Ship 12 and the USS Hopper is Ship 3. They are both barracks at the RTC.
