OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Superman's town! Been there many a times. Do me a favor Dakota's Grandma, write him a letter of love and encouragement before he goes, give it to him the day he leaves for bootcamp and tell him to read it on the way but to keep it with him there at bootcamp. It will help him get through until he can start receiving mail from you. My son said that is what got him through, oh and put a couple wallet size pics in there to of all of you. It will make a world of difference. Good luck.

*****  Have a car repair shop looking for a St Louis MO or Southwestern IL active military family needing a repaired car.  Imagine you would have to pay tax, title and license.  This is for local only, but contact me ASAP if you have suggestions.  To help a family of a deployed trooper.****** Expect this to last only a couple of hours.
