Blondie...soooooooo adorable baby pictures!!!
WREATH LAYING INFO...(for those who can be there!)
Meeting at or around 10-10:30am at the Arlington Cemetery Visitors Center...that way we can hug, chat and find a good spot to be for the ceremony. The actual ceremony starts at 12pm. For those who haven't been there before - after the ceremony which only lasts about 15 in they open the HUGE TRUCKS and everyone crowds around to get one or two wreaths. IF YOU WANT TWO - ASK FOR TWO. They have plenty and it makes things go faster. We usually send two or three people "in" to get the wreaths for our little group. Then we all spread out and find a grave stone that we feel we connect with. We looked for people who'd served in the Navy or Coast Guard - since that's where my hubby and son's have served. IF A GRAVE has a Jewish Star or a Muslim Crescent - do not put a wreath there. We want to make sure to respect their faiths. The whole thing was done in about an hour or so for us. The kids and I prayed together last year and had our own special moment. I can't begin to tell you how powerful it was. LET ME KNOW IF YOU'LL BE THERE and how to find you. You know what I look like! :) And if anyone wants my cell number - I'll send it to you. It made things so much easier at our Gettysburg trip. CAN'T WAIT!
Jeffiner....yup - I must be old enough - but MOST days I sure don't feel it!! Thanks for the sweet words about me and our lovely little angel girl! (BTW..sent you a friend request so I can get an address. I WANT to send you something for winning. Makes it more fun for me!!)
Blondie..LOVE the sweet photos! LOVE THEM! Maybe we can introduce them someday! (too soon to be talking about setting them up on a date?!?!)
Navymom 3 - Very handsome! And we too were BIG TMNT Fans! My oldest had pretty much every Turtle thing I could afford! I sent him all the stuff I still had a couple years ago for his kids...not sure what he decided. His wife is a bit picky...so "old toys" may not have made the cut!
Miss...I agree...if they like to clean - my house is ALWAYS open! (and even if they just want to come and hang out and NOT Clean...always open for visitors!)
Now for me stuff...
Dr. didn't have any answers for my seizure. He didn't feel that stress alone would have caused the major event I had. Especially since this wasn't my first grand-baby that I was seeing born. And honestly - it was MUCH more stressful with my DiL. They are going to send me to get a number of tests and see what they can see. ALSO...this isn't my first episode exactly...I've had two others that were similar, but not as BIG. Praying for an easy answer. And one that doesn't mean the loss of my license. That would be the worst thing for me. I LOVE TO GO, GO, GO!!!
GOOD NEWS is that I hope to buy J's ticket home tonight! He will be home NEXT MONTH...Love saying and writing that! Hoping to find a good price. It took his "boss' a while to send the official approval though and the prices keep going up! (He'd gotten the verbal ok - but just got it in writing this past weekend! And I didn't want to get a ticket and then have things fall through.)
There is my news. Hugs, blessings and lots o' love!

Blondie - Computer memory is the RAM - not the hard drive. It just means it has too much stuff going on at one time - or too much stuff has been opened. It doesn't have anything to do with files or anything on the computer. You can try to shut it all down and restart it. That clears out some. You may need to clear the cookies in your internet - and if it continues to do it, the computer probably needs to be defragged - it just reorganizes all the info on it to be more efficient. Also, depending on how old the computer is, it may actually need extra RAM. It is pretty inexpensive - you have to know if what RAM is currently in the computer and if there is space to add more. Hope that helps!!
Blondie, you should just be glowing....and I bet you are. You have done a really fine job raising those children. I know you are so proud, as you should be. Your daughter really has a heart for mankind, and we should all strive to be more like her.
Ang. you and T-Lynn are welcome to come to my house anytime, (well as soon as your back is better). I never clean till my back hurts (lol), and my laundry is always piled high... You are always cleaning and T-Lynn is always washing, so yall would have plenty to do at my house! LOL! I do hope your back is better soon!
T-Lynn, I haven't forgot about the pictures, just got caught up in painting my new decorations for my shutters last night, and forgot to do that. I will try to do that soon - just for you, don't want you to have to stand on your head again! LOL!
