Hi all, I have not been on for a bit, we just returned from visiting Robert in GA. Kings Bay is really lovely. He graduated from C School on the 24th. He is now a MT(missel tech) still really likes the Navy. He reports to his boat this week, well at least the duty officer, the boat is still out on patrol. He will be on the USS West Virginia, gold crew. It was really great to see him, now I have to get all caught up on the past post.
Ruth, we will not be able to come for the weekend. That is the air show over here at Selfridge and the Blue Star mothers are having a booth. But I hope you all have a great time.
Uli, lovely post Hope I am that with it at 90 as she is.

Chris, have a safe trip to GA. It will be well worth the wait and drive just to see Sam. You are in my prayers that your Christmas plans work out for both of your boys being with you.

Brandy, I know what you mean about trying to not show them our tears. Hang in there! Also, little sis' comment was really cute.

Ruth, you and Chris are still in my prayers. Will keep praying and we are always here.

Well moms I am off to GA in the morning to see our sailor. We are flying out of Flint into Jacksonville. Can not wait to see him, and just hug him.

Chris, count me in for adopting the deploying troops. I have sent care packages to my SIL for the AF when he was deployed to Afghanistan. It is really easy and the Post Office has special boxes with flat rates we can use too.

chris, count me in on helping the troops, just give the details.

Kathy B,
Rachel will be flying 53s? Troy is in the "other" squadron at Norfolk that flies 53s. He is enlisted, actually he re-enlisted this year for another 3 years.
It's hard to find apartments that will take dogs, harder to find one that will take big dogs. I'm glad Rachel was able to find one.
