Karen, will be praying for your sailor.  Believing for the best for him.  May God comfort your hearts and give the direction  through the doors that open.

Karen - Sorry to hear of your son's setback. Something I always think of when things don't happen the way we want...sometimes doors close so others can open. (although it's not always easy to hear or think about at the time)

Karen,

I'm really sorry to hear about your son's set back.  He's in my prayers.

When I hit a VERY bumpy road (not too long ago) a friend made me a small decorative pillow that says, "Things happen for a reason ... just believe!"

Peace to you and your son.

Karen, so sorry about your son, but it's good to hear that he is in good spirits.

Sorry to hear about your son.  I'll pray that things work out for him.

Hi everyone, my son did not pass required test for first certification for IT.  It was a lot harder than he anticipated.  He studied, had a tutor but was not for him. He is in limbo waiting to see what happens next.  He is in pretty good spirits despite the set back.  He so much wanted to be apart of the IT group.  It was a tough life lesson.

We have been busy putting in a new sidewalk and garage apron!   On Tuesday we have a new driveway put in, so it has been way too busy around here for me to do much of anything outside the home front. I can't wait to see the pictures from the luncheon so make sure you post at least one!

Sorry I couldn't make it.  May is always crazy with end of school year things, even on all the weekends.  :)

Glad it was a fun time.

We missed you too, Carol.  We were a small group of 4, but had great conversation and food.  I did bring along some of the Navy and Gold suncatchers I've been playing  around with to get input on styles and colors.  I will bring them again next time.

Ladies, I hope that you had fun.  I couldn't make it (as you now know).  Did I miss any new snowflakes?  I do want to get one some time soon.  :)
