Welcome Jesusintheboat!

I don't live in St. Louis but I'm just about an hour south of there.

Tell us a little about yourself and your child.  Is he/she in bootcamp? waiting to leave? been in a while?   Glad to have you onboard!

momof1 - next time the KC moms get together give them all a "hello" from the other side of the state.  Us Cardinal fans love ya!!  Good luck to your son in C school

I have not been on here in months..... My son is now at Oceana for C school. He just got there in Sept and doesn't actually start school until the 22nd. He is staying busy though with work and a little play. He is 19 and says there is more there for his age than what was in P'Cola.  GO KC ROYALS!!! Hope all is well with everyone!! If you are near the KC/KS area then you should check out Navy moms of KC on FB. We get together once a month for dinner and to celebrate and support one another.

Happy 239th Birthday to the Navy!!!!!

Nice to hear from a couple of familiar moms...glad you checked in.

Wow Sandy your son sure is keeping busy.  Congrats to him and his new bride....wishing them many years of happiness together.  And a double congrats on his EAWS pin!  I remember your son joined the Navy shortly after mine....hard to believe it's been almost 3 years now.  My son is currently on deployment and he is planning on re-enlisting next year so I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes good for him.  I'm very proud and glad he wants to stay in.

Take care everyone and stop in to say hello and let us know how you're doing....any new moms out there?

Hello Mo! Haven't been here for a long time either, Carol & Carol.  Hope your sailors are doing well.  Mine just got married, has been to Japan and back, and will be going for a couple of weeks of training here in the states and then to someplace in Europe next year. He's said he should be getting his EAWS wings pinned on soon.  What is the update with your sailors??

My daughter is a soph in college this year--still on the nursing school track but hitting the difficult classes this semester for sure--Anatomy and Microbiology with lectures and labs.

What's new everyone?

I haven't been on N4M in ages.  How are you doing?  It's a cold dreary day, but we've needed the rain in our yard.
