Good Morning Ladies!!!! I usually don't get on my computer first thing in the morning - today is a rarity!
8isenuff,
Love the picture! Tell your daughter Happy Birthday greetings from another mom!!!!! We celebrate all our daughters!!
Kjsdaughter,
What an awesome surprise!!!! Don't we just LOVE those?!?!?!
JayDee,
How often does your hubby get to come home? I so understand that adjustment. For 9 years my hubby worked and lived in other states, until the girls graduated high school and I went on the road with him. Sometimes he was close enough to come home every weekend but he still missed all the school events of the daughters. I didn't like being all alone either - glad I have my kitty cats!!!!! Your daughter should have off from Thanksgiving till the following Monday, question will be can she have off base liberty to go home?
Curlyq,
Enjoy the adventure!!!!!
Good Morning Jean and Blondie!!!!!
Thank you all for asking - both legs are getting better and I can walk without crutches now but I just have to remember not too go too far! It's usually the walk back that starts to hurt!!!! But I do my stretches and exercises and have weekly PA appointments. Thank God this happened after we got here to Florida where we plan to stay for the winter and I was able to get health care through the VA clinic here. I'd be totally broke by now!!!!!! Still can't do steps like normal!!!
Good morning Blondie, how have you been? I have to say it's been an odd week. My oldest drove back east about an hour after we got home from PIR and the dogs were at the kennel until the next day so I was truly alone in the house and it was WEIRD. I swear that as I was falling asleep I heard our old boxer fart (but she wasn't there...). Monday was good as I have class but last night it hit me hard. Another adjustment in my life. I'll probably just be getting used to it and then my husband will come home and screw up my system! :)
Does anyone happen to know what Thanksgiving means in A School? I'm hoping my daughter can come home but right now even she seems unsure of what will happen as her classes really don't start for another week yet.
