Wow, I am definately going to have to start writing down some of these drink names. Brandy slush sounds interesting. With 7up? Anna so sorry about your ankle, hoping this weeks drink has some relief mixed in.

Hello everyone!! Well, this will probably be the last time I'll be able to say hello until next week!!! I told them I couldn't work on Monday because that is when I volunteer at the local high school but I will be working 9 - 10 hour days every day this week. Yes Pat, Halloween is almost here!!! Yeah!! This has been fun except for the unbelievable pain I get in my left ankle!! I have to hop from the bedroom to the bathroom and then to the kitchen to get ice first thing in the morning and pack my ankle in ice for about an hour. Then I rub on bengay and wrap it with an ace bandage just so I can walk on it for the next 9 hour shift!!!
Beverage of choice last week was Brandy slush with 7 up!!! Sure helps take the edge off the pain!!!

Good afternoon! It is a beautiful sunny day. Had to go to the dentist for a dental cleaning this morning. I missed the last one because of chemo so this one took a while. My mouth is now tender!

Angels just lost, very bummed. Yankees and Phillies will battle it out in the World series. At least my SR will be happy her team made it.

JM, I love puffy! I agree, you are clever. Your daughter will love it.

There was this Marine mom who took pictures while at graduation. Some of them are of recruits training. She offered to send them to anyone who would like to look. I had her send them to me. Guess what, I found my grandson in one of them. I was flipping through the pictures and all of a sudden, I thought, "Whoa! what was that. I was positive that it was our grandson so I send the picture to his dad and mom asking if they could see what I thought I saw. His dad and two brothers said definitely. He is so serious! My husband wasn't sure because of the serious look but I am.

Had a wonderful chat with V. this morning. My husband just rolls his eyes.

If you go on the Yankee website it will show what stations it plays on.
It was hard getting the spikes to go through. Didn't want to hurt Puffy.

Puffy's Adventures continue. Puffy is going under cover and getting into the Halloween spirit in his search for his girl. Casper the friendly was his choice this year.

World series looks like it will be an East coast thing unless the Angels can pull it off tonight. Angel game should be on Fox. Channel 11 for us. Don't know about you.
