Ok here after catching up on all 4 pages. Actually you girls are slowing down today. Yesterday it was 18 pages by the time I got home from work.
Pat - Ready to kick butt. Just say when and where. I am comfortable with the medical profession as I work with medically fragile student daily for a school district.
Kristen - Let us know where else a little tough love is needed. These guys don't know who they're messing with.

Well - - after having a nice glass of wine last night I went to bed a little early and completely missed the PARTY!! Still catching up on all the posts from last night but wanted to stop in and say hello.

Pat,
So sorry they haven't given you or Jenn any real news. But with these other tests maybe we can still here something soon? Poor Jenn is probably feeling like a pin cushion by now. Or a lab rat??!!! :)

Raineegle,
Now is there a glimmer that things might work out for your daughter medically and she could enlist again at a later date. It's a shame she had a bad recruiter. Sometimes that happens and it's a shame that it still happens!! Stay with us and keep us posted ok?

Kristen,
So when are we heading to Guam to fix things for your daughter??!!!! I'll help hold that HM1 while you set him straight!!!

I do want to share some good news and didn't want to mention it last night since so many moms were in need of comfort and support. But I just made my reservations - - - I am going to visit my daughter in WA this November!!! I am so excited and can't wait to see her. Hubby and I were hoping we could go out together but that just isn't going to work. I'll be there for a week!!! I will be there the day after her one year anniversary there!!! Did I mention I can't wait to see her?!!!

Us west coast girls sure miss out on the good conversations. We are either up hours after east coast has started the day or pages behind all the talk. A no win situation. Grrrrrrrr

Man oh man, I get on after an hour and a half and I have to go back 15 pages just to catch up and it takes so long I end up missing all the fun and drinking with Joanne and Pat. Bummer!!! I was looking forward to joining tis oh so humorous discussion. Well belated good night to both Joanne and Pat.
Just an update I got my "I'm here call" from my daughter and it even lasted longer then I expected about 1 minute. Of course she was on her cell so we lucked out. Nite all that are still around and sweet dreams.

Oh Pat,
We are feeling rreeeaaalll good.
I was there when I was 19 - I was stationed there. What base would you go to to pick up your friend? Wouldn't it be so awesome if we knew some of the same people? That's if I remembered anyone's name!!!!

Pat,
Yes, I said wine - I'm counting you in!!
I lived in San Diego many, many, MANY, years ago!!!!!

Jackie,
That is so cool that you are able to keep in touch with her as she waits. Really helps on Mom's nerves when we know what's happening!!!

Hi Ladies. I am blessed to still have both my folks still alive. But my heart goes out to those missing loved ones espically when those special times happen in your lives.

On a side note. My daughter is at ohare waiting for the buses for RTC. Glad she took her cell as we have had an up to the moment account of what she is doing. It's like watching her on film. :)
